In my case, this is'nt work. Had to uninstall RAD Tokio build 2004. Then clear registry, Embarcadero folders, install RAD Tokio build 2004, run update February_2018_RAD_Studio_10_2_2_HotfixR.exe . In last use keygen in this topic.

I had sucess !.. I just followed the instructions, installed the february hotfix, and used the keygen in both cases.
Everything seems to be ok for testing. On Win 7 32 bits.
