The quizzing and polling tool is getting a new integration with Teams, which lets users create polls before, during, and after meetings.

During meetings, presenters can create polls, anonymous or not, with optional time limits, which makes it easier to keep participants engaged. Polls pop up on the meeting screen on any smart device participants are using, plus they're visible in the chat. Presenters can close the poll for time-limited questions, and results can be viewed in real time. This feature will begin rolling out over the next few weeks.

Forms is also becoming more easily accessible on mobile devices, as Microsoft has added the tool to its Office mobile app that debuted earlier this year. This lets users create and edit polls on the go. Over on desktop devices, the Forms add-in for PowerPoint can now be enabled by IT admins while keeping other Office add-ins disabled.
Finally, users can now print black copies of a form, making it possible to create physical quizzes that can be filled out without a computer or internet.
