Так в чем проблема? Запрещено публиковать DevExpress? Как понимать "NO REPACK, NO MIRROR!!!"?

It is release feandy which nampn has published, for what has been blocked. The author of release has specified (Для просмотра ссылки Войди или Зарегистрируйся) NO REPACK, NO MIRROR!!!
The reference which has given alexeyk2 is repack and mirror release feandy. That breaks rules of this theme of a forum.
