Try using Google Chrome to translate the webpage. It must be available even in other browsers but Chrome automatically asks you if you want to translate ..

Also there is a dropdown at the bottom of the page which you can change to English for some of the menu items to change to English

Two things are missing: an offshore hosting company and a long-lasting file sharing service. File sharing service may be letitbit, but hosting provider search continues.
