What is full FTP address of /REQUEST/ and /Upload/ folder?

Hi,
I want to download following ebooks:
/Oreilly.Visual.C.Sharp.2005.A.Developers.Notebook. Apr.2005.eBook-LiB/
/REQUEST/Making Win32 Applications Mobile Porting to Windows CE(Wiley).pdf

and
/upload/0Day/wrz.net/0515/Wrox.Professional.Web.APIs.Google.eBay.PayPal.Amaz on.com.MapPoint.FedEx.Apr.2005.eBook-DDU

(I knew them from this forum). But I can not download because I do not know the full FTP address.
Anyone can show me full address for above ebooks? And how can I do if I want to have other books in Upload or REQUEST folder?

When I point my web browser to http://dumpz.ws/showthread.php?t=6476
and http://dumpz.ws/showthread.php?t=9836, I see the following ftp address:

81.176.65.96

But it requires user name and password for loging in.
I tried my account of this forum but it does not work.

Somebody can show me the details solution?

The password and login can be found in the same place (top post), where you found ip of FTP. It is colored in another color.
