This is my Code Highlighter theme:

Setup:
1) Download Delphi Theme Editor and install it
2) Open Delphi Theme Editor and import ParaNTeZ.theme.xml file
3) download CnWizards and install it
4) Open Delphi and click CnWizards in menus and then import ParaNTeZ.ini file
