Microsoft releases Windows 10 build 19041.488 with tons of fixes

Typically, Microsoft releases new mandatory cumulative updates on the second Tuesday of the month, and then it offers optional updates later in the month. Being that Patch Tuesday is less than five days away, you'd be forgiven for thinking that the company skipped the optional update for Windows 10 version 2004 this month.
But you'd be wrong.

As tends to be the case with these mid-stream updates, there are a ton of fixes, fixing things like missing fonts, ActiveX content not loading, File Explorer not working, and much more.
