The source for Scl12.pas will never be released and never will be sold with the source package as firmly said by the Cadodraw people. Read the accompanying file Scl12.txt (in subfolder "vcl"), please.
However, merely this single, particular file is hit by that restrictive policy. For all other units of the package you can buy the sources, called full source package. And exactly this has been provided here. You will never get more than this.
Hopefully, this info will satisfy your objections.

I have no objections, I'm just pointing out that Cadodraw has never been provided with full source code even though it claims it does

To beat those ever grumbling smarties: Yes, I know, the most recent release is v2.20.
However, v2.10 posted here is Source Code and it can be used, slightly adapted, also with Delphi7 (see info inside; not tested for D2007, so far).

Ни у кого не завалялось ссылочки на хелпы и/или толковые мануалы к TMS Component Pack? В демо-библиотеках они присутствуют, но нет желания выкачивать все демки только из-за хелпов.
