i m Having Problem, installing AlmDev Smart Effect Component.Please Help me.it says (Fatal Error file not found "SE_WinAPI.dcu").i have tried to build the VCL too.But Useless.Can Any One Help Me Please????????

In Delphi 7 all normally works.

Try to Remove some path or Truncate them in Your Library Paths

You seem to have too much components installed

SomeTimes i get that error, so i Uninstall the Most Unused Components and my Problem get Solved.
