Italian One Step at a Time is one of the best Italian cookbooks we have seen and used. There are numerous pictures of the raw ingredients and then pictures of the completed dishes, all in beautiful color. There is a minimum of written directions but the procedure to produce wonderful Italian dishes is quite clear. Highly recommended.
