DevExpress DXperience Universal 15.1.5

Remove all ngened assemblies from GAC. Use totalcommander to enter the C:\Windows\assemblies folder and delete all devexpress* folders manually. Then run the patch 
Activation will not work on Visual Studio 2015, if all previous patches weren't deleted properly!
0. Close all Visual Studio instanses.
1. Remove other patches at first (Previous versions of this patch will be uninstalled automatically using current version).
2. Run it as administrator, overwise it'll tell you that you are not administrator.
3. The gui may be unresponsable a few minutes - it's ok.
4. Run this patch every time you installing/repairing DX controls.

ps: i'm still working with old version so that one i'm not tested yet

Этот вариант не находится по запросу "DevExpress", поэтому я его не увидел. Может быть и подходит.

Так это для версий XE8-XE10. Мне же надо на Делфи 7.

В install.txt написано прописать пути к папкам source, только вот исходников там нет

Run DxAutoInstaller as administrator. It should fix the problem.
