Thank you for writing.
The only thing I can suggest is to try changing your language settings in Windows to see if that fixes the problem.
To do this, go Start, Control Panel, Regional and Language.
Before you make any changes, I recommend that you make a note of your current settings in case you need to change them back again.
In the Regional Option tab, Standards and Formats frame, select English (United States)
In the Languages tab, Text services and input languages frame, click the Details button.
Click the Settings tab, and in the Default input language frame, select English (United States).
Click OK
You should now be back at the Regional and Language Options window.
In the Advanced tab, Language for non-Unicode programs frame, select English (United States)
When you are finished click the Apply button then the OK button at the bottom of the Window.
You may need to re-start your computer for the changes to take effect.
If that works, you may be able to create two sets of language settings profiles so that you could select the profile you want each time your computer starts. For example create one profile for your normal computer work, and another profile for using Janus. I am unable to give you technical support on how to do this. You would need to get local assistance in this matter.
