Spotted by Для просмотра ссылки Войди или Зарегистрируйся, a number of users are reporting issues with Intel's Optane Memory. Reports can be found on the Для просмотра ссылки Войди или Зарегистрируйся, Для просмотра ссылки Войди или Зарегистрируйся, and Для просмотра ссылки Войди или Зарегистрируйся. In fact, some of these reports date back a couple of months, although it's no surprise that the bug still exists. Microsoft has plenty of known issues to work out, and while these issues are just starting to be documented now, they were never listed during Insider testing.

According to reports, Optane Memory Pinnings aren't being migrated to the new update, so Windows is left essentially trying to "launch a program with .dlls that do not exist".

Microsoft is apparently not offering the Windows 10 May 2020 Update to those with Intel Optane Memory, although this issue still isn't listed on the official known issues page. If you are using Optane in your PC, you might want to hold off on Windows 10 version 2004 until Microsoft acknowledges the issue.
