Picture Doctor - утилита для восстановления повреждённых графических файлов. Поддерживаются форматы JPEG и PSD. Все восстановленные файлы программа сохраняет в формате BMP.

Picture Doctor is a new data recovery tool for damaged graphic files. It supports JPEG and PSD file formats. Picture Doctor restores the corrupted graphic files and saves them in BMP format.
