Many ebooks, but it allowes download from Russian only

Here list of many ebooks, but files can be downloaded only by users located within Russia

I have tried with many free Russian proxies, but all of them don't works.

Anyone here that is outside Russian country can help me?

Keep on trying. It works with some of them.
It also depends on the time of the day and sometimes download is very fast.
It seems the only restriction is 2 download threads.

The other solution is to configure your IE browser to use a proxy server with a russion config.. that was how I got some of the books.. a good russian proxy is IP:212.42.43.198 and Port:80, it's fast..

I configured as follow:
Open IE, then go to Tools->Internet Options->select Connections Tab->
select Lan Settings button, and finally, fill in the address and port field with the value above (212.42.43.198 and 80).

But the website still don't allow my downloading.
Can you give me other solution?
