Alright, here we go now.
Cetus CNotePad, and Cetus CWordPad, are two old text editors. This should install Cetus CNotePad Text Editor Version 3.02, and CWordPad Word Processor Version 3.02. Two very useful program for such things. They are no longer available on their site. There site isn't even there anymore now. Just unzip the .zip file. Then run "SETUP.EXE". That will install them nicely. It should work.
